Of Speeding Tickets and Last Days

So Sunday, Mother's Day, was our last day at our church. On our way to church I got a speeding ticket. It was like rubbing salt in a open wound, and I knew that it was my fault. People who haven't been nice in a long time were nice (if that somehow makes everything better). People who I wanted to say good-bye to weren't there (some were on purspose).

Leaving the teens was the hardest part. People in the church didn't seem to care. There is no plan for continuing the youth group, and for some of these teens that's all they have. We worry about the teens and we worry about the church, but we have to give it to God. I honestly couldn't tell you if it was a good day or not.
