Personal Narrative Theology

Rant

So, I'm currently reading Angels and Demons by Dan Brown (this is the prequel to the DaVinci Code). The further into the book I read I understand that this is Dan Brown's personal theology in story form. I am really facinated by the fact that an author would be willing to think out how he thinks of God and religion and put it into a book.

So, I've personally wondered if I were to do the same thing what would my story-line be. Honestly, and I'm not a Ryerse, I think it would be about husband and wife who move away from most everything that they know and do something that they completely believe in.

Either that or something about cavemen and dinosaurs.

Cheap Monday

Rant and Rage

So interesting. Although I'm a Christian, they look cool. What an interesting story for American media to exploit. That's all we need is for some "Dobs-n-like" organization to get upset over the ordeal, and blow it up so that Cheap Monday makes a lot of money. HMMMM! I want a pair!

Who Knew...

Rant

So, tonight was the first time in six months that I've spent time with both of my bothers. Well, we called my dad and had him meet us in Grand Rapids, but he missed his exit and was an hour late, but it worked out to be ok.

Jacob figured out the password for my wireless router which is nice so that I can have people over that can get on my network. What are brother's for?

All in all a really good night.

Is it just me...

Rant

So I'm watching the Alamo Bowl and I knew that I had a former teammate playing football for Nabraska, but it really just hit me. This guy wasn't all that good when I played with him. It would be really nice if I were able to play division 1A football in a nationally televised Bowl game.

How small a world this might be.

For those of you who wonder. Chris Patrick #54 - o-line. Taught him everything I knew.

Wow!

So it looks as if this blog is so popular that I get wonderful ads placed in the comments. I can't believe it! This is so exicting.

Now I know that their are those out their who have programs to see when I publish something on this site. So maybe those people should leave a comment or two every once in a while.

Just a thought Justin!

What?

You know I've been around the block a couple of times when it comes to blogs, and I think I signed up on every other blog site out there, and I don't know what I want. I really kind of like this site because most of my friends use this site. I think I made up my mind.
